Q2 Update

Dear Laguna Friends,
â
As we close out Q2 of 2025, we're excited to share how Laguna continues to grow in ways that matter mostâexpanding our impact, deepening relationships, and strengthening our foundation for the future.
â
This quarter has been defined by growth across every dimension of our business. What started as Laguna Companion serving clinical case management has expanded into a specialized solution for diverse and distinct care teams. Our customers loved the platform so much they asked us to expand to other teams, and we rapidly tailored their experience to fit unique workflows. This process enables us to expand our existing features easily across multiple teams.
Growth isn't just about expanding within existing use casesâit's about discovering new ones. This quarter, we're extending to pharmacy teams, demonstrating how our platform adapts across the healthcare ecosystem.
â
The numbers tell an equally compelling story: we've grown revenue by 500%, increased our user base by 350% this quarter and we're on track to double our customer base in Q3. These represent more healthcare professionals who can focus on what they do best: caring for people.
â
As we build on this momentum, we're preparing to go to market for our next round of funding to support this growth phase.
â
Lastly, we want to acknowledge the challenges our team in Israel faced during the recent conflict. In those difficult days, our colleagues demonstrated remarkable resilience, continuing to deliver world-class products to customers. They embodied the spirit that defines Laguna: we deliver, no matter what. We're grateful for support from our US teammates, customers, and the broader community. It reminded us that our work gives us meaning and purpose even in tough moments.
â
Looking ahead, we see growth not as an end goal, but as a means to expand our impact. Every new team, customer, and use case brings us closer to our vision of helping care teams achieve more together.
â
Thank you for being part of this journey.

Sneak Peak
Quality Management and Automated Assessments

We're excited to share a glimpse of what's coming next. We're currently developing Quality Management capabilities within Laguna Insight, providing teams with AI-assisted auditing and quality dashboards. Alongside, we're introducing automated assessment support in Laguna Companion. These features represent our continued commitment to reducing administrative burden while enhancing the quality and consistency of care.

Conferences
enGen CORE in San Diego

Our CEO Yoni got a glow up for his presentation with Mike Stimpson and Rick Rutkowski at enGen's CORE conference in San Diego May 12-14. The three demonstrated how Predictal and Laguna work together to improve whole person care, showcasing how AI-enabled care management can boost operational efficiency while expanding personalized member engagement.
We even ran into some famous characters at the incredible reception on the USS Midwayâthough we're pretty sure Tom Cruise and Val Kilmer weren't actually there to discuss care management workflows.

Employee Spotlight
Welcome Anne Bosilevac our new VP of Business Development

Weâre thrilled to welcome Anne to our team! Sheâs spent more than a decade focused on digital health and AI/ML solutions designed for health plansâon top of her prior experience selling enterprise-wide EMRs and clinical decision support tools to health systems. Weâre lucky to have her on board to help us empower more and more health plans and virtual care organizations to increase efficiency, deepen member engagement, and make a bigger impact.

Product Enhancement
Team-specific Documentation

It's amazing the difference a "small" nuance makes when one pays attention to it. Different teamsâfrom Behavioral Health to Oncology to Social Workâneed documentation that reflect their specific clinical expertise and priorities. We achieved a 66% reduction in post-call documentation time and >99% accuracy in clinical content generated.
While we keep expanding our use cases at scale, some of the specialized care teams where we demonstrated strong impact, include:
- Generalized Nursing
- Behavioral Health
- Social Work
- Wellness
- Oncology
- Maternity & NICU
- Pediatric
- Transplant
This capability empowers care managers to focus fully on member conversations, seamlessly integrating into existing team workflows.

Thought Leadership
The AI Transformation: Why Laguna is Built for What's Next

Harvard Business Review recently described how AI is transforming enterprise software from rigid workflow systems to dynamic, goal-oriented platforms. Companies like Klarna are replacing traditional SaaS with AI-driven solutions, achieving 20-30% efficiency gains.
This shift validates Laguna's approach: while legacy healthcare software forces complex workflows, we built around natural conversations and adaptive intelligence. As HBR notes, the future belongs to systems that infer workflows from user intent rather than forcing users to adapt to predefined processes.
Laguna's conversational AI foundation positions us at the forefront of this transformation in healthcare technology.
