1Clinician seats
Each group has its own seat count, document tier, and add-ons. Document limits count every generated document, automatic or on demand, and are pooled across the account.
2Supervisors and Insight
Supervisor seats are unlimited and free. Laguna Lens is out of the box. Analytics and Population Health are one choice. The same choice applies to Companion seats and to calls with no Companion seat.
These seats are always free. The slider does not move.
Calls with no Companion seat The price is for audio. If the calls are already transcribed, Laguna can apply a discount.
Laguna scores each call against Laguna Lens. That is one document, priced like Essentials.
3One-time calibration
Calibration makes the AI match your programs, your language, and your clinical standards. With no calibration fee, the first option is the Laguna primary summary. It is out of the box. Laguna Lens is also out of the box, and it is not calibrated.
Other documents, assessments, SmartPad, and a custom audit have no out-of-the-box version. If you choose Real-time SmartPad, add at least 1 SmartPad item. You pay a fixed fee for each section or item that Laguna builds for you. Set a count to zero when the item is already live.
4Integration
A one-time fee for each connection. On the documented path, your team implements from Laguna documentation and Laguna supports the work. Choose Assisted for hands-on Laguna setup. Work that is not standard is quoted in a Change Order.
